It is used to control the speed of AC electric motors in recreational aircraft models powered from NiCd / NiMH and LiPo / Li-ion batteries. They are equipped with a powerful switching power stabilizer SBEC to provide power to the receiver and servos from the battery.

CONTROLLER DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS

    Extremely low internal resistance due to new generation MOSFET transistors.

PROGRAMMABLE FUNCTIONS

    Adjustable way of disconnecting the motor when the supply voltage drops (power reduction or immediate disconnection).
    Adjustable cut-off voltage for motor disconnection - voltage protection against excessive battery discharge. (Lithium battery: 2.85 V / cell, 3.15 V / cell, 3.3 V / cell NiXX battery: 0% / 50% / 65% of initial voltage value.)
    Reset the controller settings to the factory default settings.
    Adjustable timing - for increased efficiency and optimum engine adaptation - Low (3.75 °), Medium (15 °), High (26.25 °)
    Adjustable soft start for geared and helicopter engines in three stages: Normal (300 ms) / Soft (1.5 s) / Super soft (3 s).

REGULATOR PROTECTION FUNCTIONS

    Start-up protection: If the engine does not start within 2 seconds after the throttle is applied, the controller cuts off the motor.
    Thermal Protection: If the temperature of the controller exceeds 110 ° C, the controller limits the output power.
    Loss of gas signal: The controller limits the power if the signal is missing for 1 s; a signal missing for more than 2 s will cause the motor to completely shut down.

Tip: When switching on the controller for the first time, first calibrate the gas range according to the instructions. Only then can the controller be used and other parameters set using the transmitter or LED programming card RAY G2.
