Helios is a stylish light-wind glider with a conventional wooden construction. The only deviation from this principle is the carbon fuselage tube. With its compact dimensions and two-part wing, the model can be easily transported and assembled on the airfield in no time.

The wing is created in the tried and tested aero-naut manner in a slipway, which enables secure positioning of all components and a distortion-free structure. The wing is partially paneled and offers – depending on the choice of covering material – interesting visual design options. With the four large flaps, Helios can be safely controlled even at low speeds; the landing flaps are a reliable descent and landing aid. Thanks to its low weight, the model's energy requirements are low. The large fuselage head also easily accommodates larger capacity batteries.

Helios is a model for connoisseurs - this starts with the construction of the model with its precisely laser-cut components and ends with relaxing flying in the evening thermals or in light winds on a slope.

The kit contains all laser-cut wooden parts, a building slipway for wings and fuselage, carbon fuselage rod, small parts for linkages, Bowden cables, large decal sheet as a plot sticker, 3D construction instructions.

The drive set below is designed for a 3s LiPo 2400 mAh battery.
