The ship was built in four years of construction of a Hamburg shipyard and put into service on 14 February 1939th 138 000 hp gave the ship a top speed of 38.8 knots.

The model was largely lifelike by shipyard plans in scale 1: 200 constructed. The construction time is considerably reduced by the plastic hull. The electric drive is either via three screws with individual motors or by a motor with gear. The spaciousness of the hull allows the installation of any RC systems.

The kit contains:

Comprehensive building instructions with plan in German, English, French, Spanish and Italian, plastic hull, supplementary plan for expansion of the plastic hull, deck boat, rowing, wooden and cardboard parts, screw set with shafts and stern tubes.
