For the North American writer Ernest Hemingway, the relationship with the sea was very important. In 1934 he felt the need to own his own boat, so he had the Pilar built.

Ernest Hemingway’s cruiser, Pilar, is faithfully rendered in this exclusive construction kit featuring wooden and metal parts. Traditional plank-on-frame methods are used to build the hull. Presented in a luxury box with all components classified and sorted for easy location. With a detailed instruction manual including step-by-step photos of the whole assembly process. A comprehensive plan is also included with all views and details necessary for assembly.
